WHAT TO BRING?
- ORIGINAL passport
- Three (3) photocopies of the passport (biodata page) or national ID, Iqama
- One (1) recent photograph for each one to be examined.
- Application number/ transaction reference number TRN/HAP ID provided by the visa office. For clients who will undergo the medical exam prior lodgment of papers to visa office, you have to complete “MY HEALTH DECLARATION” in Australian Immigration website to generate the HAP ID
- Eyeglasses or contact lenses, if worn
- Any medical reports or test results that you may have as a result of previous or existing medical condition
- Any medications you are taking
First visit/appointment

Second Visit/Appointment
Physical Examination by the PANEL PHYSICIAN every Tuesday 3:00PM and Thursday 1:30PM but it may vary.
Applicants should wait for the appointment confirmation.
We have merged the First visit and Second visit appointments, to be all done in 1 (one) day for client’s convenience.
For Bed Exam
- You will be instructed by the examining Physician and Nurse what to do for the physical exam.
- The Physician will be examining your head, neck, chest, heart, abdomen, lower limbs and back. You don’t have to undress; the Physician will tell you what to do.
3 EASY STEPS
Step 1
First Appointment
- Make sure to gather all the requirements mentioned
- You will be requested to provide a urine sample, so it is recommended that you drink a lot of water (at least 3-4 glasses) before coming. For ladies who are having periods or post-delivery bleeding, it is advisable to submit urine sample at least 2-3 days after cessation of the bleeding.
- Bring any prescribed medications that you’re taking (if applicable)
- All the tests should be done at the clinic according to immigration policy
- All administrative and paper issues related to application questions have to be addressed to the nurse
- It is advisable to bring someone who understand English, if applicable, since you will be signing a client declaration with no Arabic translation.
Step 2
Second Appointment
- You must come on time for your physical examination appointment date
- You will be asked by the doctor for your medical history
- You will be examined by the physician as indicated up under bed exam section, with no need to remove your cloths.
- Payment is accepted in cash and or debit/credit cards.
Step 3
After First & Second Appointment
- We will be submitting your file to the eMedical within 7-10 working days, if further tests are required by the eMedical system we will inform you immediately.
- To find out the date of submission of your medical exam, you can email your request to us including thebarcode number (unique for each applicant)
- Upfront clients will be provided an information sheet automatically through email 7-10 working days after the 2nd appointment.
- OUR OFFICE DOES PROVIDE COPIES OF LABORATORY TEST RESULTS TO APPLICANTS IF REQUESTED
